Including People of All Abilities in Church Community
Church leaders are welcome to join us for this free event on Wednesday, May 16, 2018!
Due to Popular demand, we have changed our location to accept additional attendees.
NEW LOCATION: Calvary CRC, 3500 Byron Center Road, Wyoming, MI 49519.
Calvary is located near the corner of Byron Center Ave and 36th street.
As a leader, we know you support the idea of inclusive community and want people of varied abilities to be welcome at your church. However, perhaps you don’t always know how to welcome each person.
Join us at this free luncheon event, led by Barbara J. Newman and Tory White of the CLC Network Church Services Team, to learn tools, techniques, and ideas so you not only know the “why”, but are also equipped with the “how” to welcome everyone! Regardless of the role you play within your congregation, you will learn practical tips to implement within your setting to help create a living, breathing picture of I Corinthians 12 – one body together in Christ.
The event is free and lunch will be provided to those who attend. Questions? Please call our main office at (616) 245-8388.
Please register using the form on this page.
